I've spent 20+ years in health services research and have learned that systems change and decisions grounded in evidence are essential to that impact. I'm passionate about improving health outcomes for all populations, especially those already experiencing poor health outcomes.

The Challenge

Community organizations want to understand their impact and improve their work, but often lack the time, resources, or expertise to do it well. Large health systems have the capacity to measure and evaluate, but can get pulled in different directions by policy mandates and management pressures that don't always align with what actually improves outcomes for the people they serve.

Meanwhile, research findings sit in journals while organizations are in the field, trying to figure out what to do next.
